Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for training programs, ensuring sessions run smoothly and meet business needs
Manage tasks like trainee enrollment, venue arrangements, billing documentation, and support for government-funded initiatives
Maintain clear standards and workflows that strengthen collaboration across teams
Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders and respond to day-to-day operational needs
Compile reports, track project progress, and keep documentation accurate and up to date
Support ongoing process-improvement efforts to make operations more efficient and scalable
Requirements
Currently studying Business, Marketing, Finance, Project Management, Computer Science, or a similar field
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable analyzing information

Able to work independently when needed
