<p><b>Call Centre Sales Advisor – Fully Remote</b></p><p><b>Monday to Friday only</b></p><p><b>Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) | Equipment provided</b></p><p><b>£24,500 basic salary | OTE £30,000–£33,000</b></p><p>We’re hiring for a fully remote sales role with a well-established UK insurance provider. If you have experience in outbound sales, enjoy working towards targets, and are looking for a role that offers both stability and earning potential, this could be a great opportunity.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Make 150–200 outbound calls per day via an automated dialler</li><li>Speak with new, existing, and previous customers</li><li>Recommend suitable insurance products for household appliances and technology</li><li>Achieve daily sales targets (7–10 sales per day)</li><li>Build rapport with customers while following a compliant sales process</li></ul><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li><b>A minimum of 12 months’ experience in outbound sales (call centre or telesales essential)</b></li><li>Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven individuals</li><li>Ability to work independently in a home-based environment</li><li>A quiet, dedicated workspace and stable internet connection</li></ul><p><b>What’s on Offer</b></p><ul><li>£24,500 basic salary</li><li>On-target earnings between £30,000–£33,000 (top performers exceed this)</li><li>Monday–Friday working pattern (no weekends, occasional Bank Holidays)</li><li>33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)</li><li>Structured training and regular coaching</li><li>All IT equipment provided</li><li>Clear development and progression opportunities</li></ul>
