Cable Technician/Installer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair cable systems (TV, internet, phone)
• Troubleshoot service issues and perform routine maintenance
• Conduct site surveys and ensure optimal signal strength
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (technical certification a plus)
• Experience in cable installation or a related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
