About the position

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Oversee vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
  • Coordinate calendar management for executives and team members, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Maintain front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing phone etiquette.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while implementing improvements where necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience in vendor management and event planning is highly desirable.
  • Ability to supervise staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
