Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
Spend 12 months within either the Trading or Planning & Product team, supporting a portfolio of destinations and making key commercial decisions.
In Trading (Beach or Cruise), manage pricing and availability to maximise profits by analysing sales trends and market conditions.
In Planning & Product, support product development, pricing strategies, and commercial performance analysis to drive holiday growth and profitability.
Collaborate with hotel buyers, trading teams, and other internal departments to ensure competitive pricing and product availability.
Use data and market insights to inform pricing actions and product content adjustments.
Engage with senior colleagues and business directors through meetings and project presentations.
Participate in shadowing, team meetings, and cross-departmental activities.
About You
The company is looking for:
Structured, focused, enthusiastic, proactive, curious, and conscientious.
Confident and able to work under pressure.
Ability to understand others’ perspectives.
Minimum GCSE grade 4 or C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Commitment to completing a placement year starting in 2026 as part of your third year at university.
Proficient user of the MS Office suite.
Passion for travel and holidays is beneficial.
