We have an excellent opportunity for Glass Collectors and Bar Backs to join The National.

The successful applicants will have (at least 6 months) experience in a similar busy city centre bar where service and quality is paramount.

Please note this is a temporary part-time role . Contracts will last from November until 1st January, with potential to move to a permanent position.

Rate of pay : £12.21 per hour

• Ensure bars are fully stocked
• Assist the bartenders during busy service ensuring that they have everything they need; ice, fruit, bottle beer, and minerals
• Changing and moving of beer kegs
• Moving of stock between the bars
• Ensuring all store cupboards are kept tidy throughout the shift.
• Assisting the glass collectors on floor when required

• Fully flexible to work Friday and Saturday evenings
• Proven track record of Customer Care

• NVQ Level 2 in Food Drink Service (or similar)
• 6-12 months experience in a busy bar
• Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate (must be current)
• First Aid Certificate (must be current)
