<p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p>

<li>Provide therapeutic dietary advice to adults, covering essential needs for those with conditions like irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease, and obesity.</li>
<li>Support patients with general adult home visits, ensuring personalised care in their comfort zones.</li>
<li>Deliver expert home enteral tube feeding advice and monitoring, ensuring your patients receive essential nutrition.</li>
<li>Conduct general adult clinics and help patients manage vitamin and mineral deficiencies.</li>
<li>Offer specialised support for adults with learning disabilities and assist in mental health inpatient settings.</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Requirements:</strong><br /> To succeed in this role, you must be a registered Dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and have at least two years of experience in community work within the NHS. Since home visits are part of the role, being a car driver is preferable. Your experience with home enteral tube feeding and working with adults with learning disabilities or in mental health inpatient units will be highly valued.</p>
