In this role, you’ll take full ownership of Amazon accounts—from <strong>store setup and optimization to scaling performance and revenue</strong>. You’ll manage listings, advertising, and operational best practices while collaborating closely with creatives, marketers, and strategists to ensure every Amazon storefront is built for conversion and long-term growth.<br><br>This role is ideal for someone who has <strong>handled an Amazon store from scratch</strong> and understands both the strategic and operational sides of Amazon selling.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Set up and manage Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts from the ground up, including listings, brand assets, and store structure.</li><li>Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content) for maximum visibility and conversion.</li><li>Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).</li><li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and category insights to inform listing and advertising strategies.</li><li>Monitor store performance, sales metrics, and ad KPIs, providing clear reports and actionable recommendations.</li><li>Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency across listings and storefronts.</li><li>Manage inventory health, pricing strategies, and promotions in alignment with business goals.</li><li>Stay up to date with Amazon policies, algorithm updates, and best practices.</li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><ul><li><strong>7-10 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon stores (agency or in-house)</strong>.</li><li>Proven experience <strong>launching and scaling an Amazon store from scratch</strong>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.</li><li>Solid understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and conversion optimization.</li><li>Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with performance-driven decision-making.</li><li>Analytical mindset—comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple products or accounts while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul><strong>Nice to Have</strong><ul><li>Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon analytics platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce operations, logistics, and fulfillment (FBA/FBM).</li><li>Experience working with crowdfunding or product-launch brands.</li></ul><strong>What We Offer</strong><ul><li>Competitive compensation and full remote flexibility</li><li>International collaboration with diverse teams</li><li>Professional autonomy and growth opportunities</li><li>Marketing industry exposure and professional development support</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to Apply?</strong><br>Submit your resume and brief cover letter highlighting your Amazon experience through our <strong>Jazz HR portal</strong>.
