As an Amazon Fresh Grocery Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an extraordinary grocery shopping experience for our customers. You will utilize your product knowledge to offer recommendations and assist customers in making informed decisions. Operating the cash register and assisting customers in self-service checkout lanes will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will handle return processing for in-store and Amazon.com returns, prepare fresh food items such as salads, pizzas, and sandwiches, and ensure that the sales floor is clean and well-presented. Inventory management is another key aspect of your role, which involves unloading product deliveries and organizing the stockroom. You will also be responsible for picking items to fulfill customer grocery orders, ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. This position requires flexibility in shift availability, as you may be scheduled for shifts between 4 a.m. and 12 a.m., with the potential for up to 40 hours per week during the training period.
