Aesthetic Nurse Injector

About the position

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and medical histories.
• Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser procedures, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
• Ensure that all treatments are performed safely, accurately, and in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide pre and post-operative care, as well as follow-up consultations to monitor treatment progress and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and client information.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped treatment area, adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards, prioritizing patient safety and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas; Missouri license is a bonus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ER or ICU nurse preferred.
• Certification in aesthetics, such as Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) or Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector (CANI), is highly desirable, but not necessary.
• Demonstrated proficiency in administering dermal fillers, neurotoxins (Botox), and other aesthetic treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in aesthetic nursing or related fields.
• Additional certifications in advanced aesthetic procedures.
