About the Role:
McLean Aesthetics, a premier aesthetics staffing agency, is screening qualified candidates on behalf of a luxury med spa in Omaha, NE. We are looking for a confident and experienced Aesthetic Injector (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with 2+ years of hands-on injectable experience, including both on-label and off-label procedures.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled, personable, and driven—comfortable treating advanced areas and passionate about client outcomes. Up-selling skills are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and off-label procedures
Confidently treat advanced areas with a thorough understanding of facial anatomy
Conduct detailed consultations and build customized treatment plans
Provide exceptional patient education and aftercare instructions
Proactively up-sell treatments and retail products
Maintain clean and accurate documentation according to med spa protocols
Qualifications:
Active NP or PA license in the state of Nebraska
Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injectable experience required
Proficiency in advanced techniques including off-label areas
Comfortable with high-end clientele and results-driven expectations
Strong communication skills and sales acumen
Professional appearance and customer-focused demeanor
Compensation & Benefits:
$50–$75/hour based on experience
Commission on services and products
