Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the administration team working within the IMSK Physiotherapy department in West Cumbria. You will work primarily at Workington Community Hospital but will be expected to work at other sites in West Cumbria from time to time. The post is a varied role which will include patient facing duties as well as administrative tasks required for the team.
Main duties of the job
You will have both patient facing duties (including meeting and greeting patients, making appointments and dealing with general enquiries), administrative tasks (adding referrals to electronic patient records, sending letters and taking minutes at different meetings) as well as other tasks around the departments. The role requires admin support to the IMSK Physiotherapy Team as a whole.
