We’re looking to add an experienced Accountancy Recruitment Resourcer to support delivery across a portfolio of Top 50 accountancy practices in the UK for qualified Audit, Tax and Advisory roles.

This is a delivery-led role, suited to someone who genuinely enjoys candidate engagement, market mapping, and consistently filling roles at pace and quality.

The Role

*

End-to-end delivery across audit, tax, and accounts roles within Top 50 practices

*

Proactive candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping

*

Managing candidate pipelines and shortlists for multiple live assignments

*

Building long-term relationships with candidates at PQ–Senior Manager level

*

Working closely with a Director on retained and exclusive search mandates

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record delivering accountancy roles into Top 50 UK practices

*

Successful track record recruiting within Greater London or Greater Bimringham market areas

*

Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment

*

High attention to detail with a consistent, quality-led delivery approach

*

Confident engaging and influencing candidates in a competitive market
