This is a key role for an experienced consultant ready to take the lead on high-value clients, mentor junior team members, and drive growth within a highly rewarding and essential sector.</p><p>This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong track record in health and social care recruitment who is ready to step up, take ownership, and be part of building something from the ground up.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Deliver full-cycle (360) recruitment within thehealth and social care sector</li><li>Manage and grow relationships withcare providers, supported housing services, andpublic sector organisations</li><li>Drivenew business development, lead generation, and account management</li><li>Source, screen, and place candidates across a variety of care settings</li><li>Provide support, mentoring, and leadership to junior consultants</li><li>Maintain high compliance standards (DBS checks, right to work, training, etc.)</li><li>Achieve and exceedbilling targetswhile maintaining quality and integrity</li><li>Actively contribute to the growth strategy and culture of the new venture</li></ul><p>What Were Looking For:</p><ul><li>23 years experiencein 360 recruitment within health and social care</li><li>Proven success in billing, client delivery, and building long-term partnerships</li><li>Ability to lead by example and motivate others</li><li>Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills</li><li>In-depth understanding of sector compliance (DBS, training, right to work, etc.)</li><li>Self-starter mindset with a desire to grow with the business</li><li>A collaborative, ethical, and people-first approach to recruitment</li></ul><p>Whats On Offer:</p><ul><li>£35,000 base salary</li><li>Uncapped commission structure</li><li>Quarterly and annual bonuses</li><li>Business carand mileage support</li><li>Health benefitspackage</li><li>Office-basedin Ealing</li><li>Permanent, full-time position</li><li>Start date:1st July 2025</li></ul><p>Ready to be part of a meaningful new venture in care sector recruitment?Apply nowto shape the future of health and social care staffing.</p><div><br /></div></div></div>
